Medici Holiday Party!!!!!

It was a blast. I don't know if I can sum up the year right now, I think I will reserve that for January. But these Baristas rock. I am so proud to have each one of them at our shop. They are the ones who make this thing special. They are committed to excellence and they even like each other.

The party was fun but we had some rigorous training exercises. We are always trying to find new and better ways to prepare coffee. So the event was two baristas tied together. They could only use one of their hands. So one barista would use their right and the other would use their left. They had to prepare a double espresso and a latte in 5 min. It was pretty awesome. The Pierce brothers took the prize and Lindsey and Angela got second.
